Print Your Label
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to protect the product packaging.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
